What Exactly Does A Custom Website Provide?

What do i do if i already have a website?
We can use and transfer your already existing domain and will create a new beautiful website.
If you don’t have a website or domain we are more than happy to assist with registering your domain name where you will retain all domain ownership.
What do i need to get started?
We have forms to fill out to collect information to personalize your website. In addition we will need all photos, digital copy of any logo’s, signed copy of our terms of agreement, and any other information you want included for your site.
How long will it take to build my website?
Once all material is received and agreed upon it typically takes 3-4 weeks to build your site for review.
Your website will be built in a demo environment so no worries about down time.
How many pages will my website be?
Our pricing rates break down where the page limits are for each price threshold. Most sites range from 6-14 pages.
What do i do if i want to make updates to my website?
Since even small edits can effect website appearance and performance we handle all edit for you!
Simple shoot us an email and we will get it updated quickly. Small edits include content changes, updates, photos, etc. This does not include creating new pages.
Do i need to update my plugins or programs?
We check and update your plugins every month so you don’t have to!
What if my website crashes?
Your website has monitoring where an alert will be sent to us. Your website is backed up monthly where it can be rebooted like nothing ever happened.
Do I have to provide hosting or a domain?
Our plans include hosting and are included in the price! If you want to stay with a hosting company we utilize them.
If you already have a domain we will transfer it to our domain and cover the costs. You will retain all ownership of the domain. If you don’t have a domain yet or want to change we will assist with setting that up.
What if i want to cancel my website or subscription?
Our plans do come with minimum required payments (24 months) that must be met. Once those are met you are free to cancel or transfer your domain to a new web host. We value the businesses we work with and let us know if there is any way we can improve.
How do you compare in pricing to competitors?
Competitor’s pricing typically involves a $4-10K website and then a $100-250 web maintenance plan or no maintenance plan at all. Our goal is to offer a low upfront cost to businesses and focus on our care plans.
